Developing as a learning organisation

I think what David did was impressive by training the teachers for 3 days or one week .This can help the teacher to implement inclusion in their classroom. And he did follow up with the school environment to observe them and advise them rather than letting them off.

In my school i think it needs a lot of improvement  in this area as many teachers still need a lot of in-service training and refresh workshops to upgrade their prior knowledge on inclusion, just because from i observe ,they seem to ignore and neglect children with disabilities. But what David did was so better..
