1.7 ( Inclusive feature of a school)

An inclusive feature of a school I have observed is the need to keep assessment /evaluation as one of their key components. This is a process that shows gradual changes over a period of time. This practice allows teacher to monitor and track the progression of each student in their care. This practice gave an accurate account of how children were coping it also give parents a proper guideline of how their children were performing in various areas and teachers were able to pin point strengths and weaknesses as well. This in turned helped teachers to improve certain teaching areas and also to self-reflect on how they deliver lessons/activities etc.
