Yes a good Ethos is essential for inclusive education  as it would mean that everyone from principal to teachers and other school staff understand the importance of inclusive education and they all work together to plan and encourage each child this would help create an environment where all children feel welcomed and loved and when this happens the child is motivated to to be in school and make the best of their learning opportunities .
