A school I am familiar with: The Parent Teacher Association holds monthly conferences to discuss students’ performance, strengths and weaknesses. They offer strategies that the parents can use in the household to develop academic and behavioural skills. The committee has many fund raising activities so that the less fortunate could attend school and be outfitted with the necessary instruments to succeed throughout their schooling. These initiatives have opened the doors to many private stakeholders that willingly contribute to the cause making the teacher-parent-student bond strong.
