1) One important feature of an inclusive school is the overall attitude of administrators and teachers. Administrators must create a culture of inclusivity and support teachers in doing same. Teachers must believe that all students can learn and be dedicated to delivering high quality education to all learners. They must be accountable for results. All students must be treated with equity. By so doing, through the hidden curriculum, they will encourage other students to be loving, kind and tolerant to those with disabilities and special needs.
2) Resource room and personnel are invaluable tools in inclusive education. Hands on resources which cater to the learning style of students and their specific disability can be used in the classroom to aid in effective delivery. Resource personnel will also greatly improve the teaching-learning process.
