Creating an inclusive ethos and culture

To contribute effectively to an inclusive ethos and culture teachers should have positive attitude toward students with disabilities, from different cultural background, those with special needs and different learning styles. Partnership should be forged with teachers, parents and organizations of persons with disabilities to encourage and support our learners.

The uniqueness of each learner should be respected and teachers and other staff work collaboratively   to create an inclusive ethos and culture so that ali learners feel welcome.
