What makes an Inclusive School

I agree that an important element of an Inclusive School is the attitude of both teachers and administrators. Administrators are obligated to create an foster an inclusive environment and allow teachers to effectively plan and implement supports for inclusion. In addition, teachers must believe that all students possess abilities to learn. Teachers must value students despite learning challenges. A true reflection of inclusive education includes teachers abandoning their non-inclusive views of students and adopting a view that all children have a right to an education. An inclusive model also reflects images and charts used in the classroom and playground equipment.

I agree that the charts used in the classroom also reflects inclusion.
