Activity 2.2 Poilicies for an inclusive ethos

I choose monitoring progress, sharing  information and reviewing support needs

 At  our school we use different  forms of assessment to monitor the development and learning of the children.  We make regular observations and use developmental checklists , anecdotal records, our children's work  to know where they   are at and where they need support and how we as the staff can work together to meet the different  needs of our learners. As a staff we meet as often as we can and have discussions about how we can work with our children  based on our observations , what we can do to ensure we provide meaningful  experiences for our children  and  meet them.at their level. We look at various strategies that can use to help our children where they need support. We also work along  with our parents and together we  assist our children in their area of need. We provide feedback of the progress. We share information  with parents and they with us as the child progesses.
