Training

Only experience has brought me to a point where I can handle students any of my students. Training has always been more textbook than real world.

Sure Dominique, experience is the best teacher. It is also said that we can learn from our collegues' experiences and that is why courses like this one on CIS is a good thing because we are sharing our experiences.
