Features of an Inclusive School

Two crucial features of an inclusive school that is beneficial to needs of all children, is the physical environment and the role the teacher and the administrators play. Therefore, the learning environment should be able to promote learning and lend support to each child's need. It should be able to provide a sense of belonging to each child so that they can enjoy learning.

The role of the teachers and the administrators are pivotal because they are responsible for setting the atmosphere for learning. Hence, they should always be abreast of current trends involving Inclusive Education. Additionally, they should be welcoming to working as a body, one team to achieve the specific needs of each child.

Funny you say that, I was thinking about how people underestimate the roll that educators play in ensuring their classrooms are inclusive as they can make it. Sometimes they want to wait on others to help them. But no, as educators we can't always afford to wait on others.

Features of an inclusive school.

I agree with you that the school reflects what is done by the administrators and teachers to foster an inclusive environment, as they are responsible for setting the tone of the school.
