Features of an Inclisive School

Two important features of an inclusive school can be:

·         The resource center or room, having this designated area provides learning materials for all types of learning ability in students. It should be functional and accessible where experts of special needs can communicate with students. Local materials will be a great asset also volunteers should be welcomed to repair equipment. Another important factor of the resource room is that it should be based on the needs of the specific learning environment. Having a resource room provides independent learning , individual session with facilitators and, promote higher achievers.

·         Suitable bathrooms, after visiting a particular special need school the bathroom was very limited. Sadly this area was lacking proper accessibility. The school should ensure that all students can use all equipment in the learning environment.

I do agree with your points, they are strong and what's needed to create an effective and welcoming space for an inclusive school.
