Change in Attitude

There continues to be a growing need for inclusivity in our entire school system. Our present methods reflect those that were used in the past, which mainly focused on a "one cap fits all" scenario and not necessarily one that caters to an individual's needs. Practices are not a reflection of the new theories that have been modified to suit the growing needs of our young charges as it is easier to just continue with the old. In order to reflect such, educators must understand the importance and the need for implementing these new changes.

Change in attitude is quite vital for inclusivity as you have mentioned Nicole.
