As I shared before, the school I can make reference in regards to this activity is the one I am presently working presently. I would like to share this policy: The support that teachers will provide in the classroom. When I returned to school, after my vacation leave, I was told about a student with special needs. I was informed of my role in regards to this student. I was to guide and support as best as I can to ensure there was learning and care for this child. I took the challenge and did my best to assist our student to feel welcomed and to feel that he belongs to this school. I made changes to the course outline to accommodate the content and time for him. He was provided with a tablet and the counselor had regular meetings with parents as well. I relate these things with the school being supportive to inclusiveness.
