My favourite idea from the my list about systems to be in the school inclusion policy to help children like Luis is the peer buddy system. The peer buddy system not only provides support to children with disabilities but builds friendships, gives responsibility , helps others to clear up misconceptions they may have about a.child with disabilities, value eachother, creates a postive and caring school culture,.builds self confidence and self esteem for the child/ children with disabilities and the peer buddy. They work together and learn together where the peer buddy provides that support and to be a friend. It fosters inclusion. The peer buddy will have friends.and.can also include his/ her friends in helping and supporting the child with disabilities. The peer can get help from others and include them.in working along to provide not only support but making a friend. They can interact with eachother and share different things they will like to do.together. The peer buddy system not only helps the child/ children who have disabilities but also helps with their social interaction and making friends. Also having included in the school is Make a.friend where all the children by the end of the given week/month/ year makes a friend/ friends. The children in their class or groups can share what activities they do.with their friend, how have they helped eachother and what have they learnt about eachother. The class of group teacher can have a reward system for everytime a child makes a friend. All the children/ students get are.included.
