Hi everyone!

Two factors that I find effective in contributing to an inclusive ethos and culture would be:

1. Action of Acceptance. Once the school has accepted the reality that diversity does exist and we need to do something about our current situation, it leads to that drive to want to go on further and make the necessary changes, especially in how we value things and soon adopt that positive, inclusive attitude. 

2. Role. If we understand our roles in creating an inclusive school, it makes it a bit easier to transition into that ethos. Leadership roles have a huge part to play in trying to enforce ways to promote positive attitudes, infrastructure and to a higher extent, policies that can help in inclusivity.
