Bringing it all Together

Creating an Inclusive School is not an overnight project. It involves every stakeholder in education.

This course has given me insight on how to get all stakeholders on board in order to create an inclusive school and community. The videos from piloting inclusion at school are very effective. Looking at my country I believe many challenges we are facing now could have been avoided if this program would have been piloted, evaluated before implementing it out in all schools because teachers still have negative attitudes in teaching children with special needs in their regular classroom because they lack the knowledge and skills to do. 

It also gave me the opportunity to read other participant reaction or experiences from other countries and most are not different than what we practice in our country so we are not there but well on our way.

Using some the resources from this course I will use to do school leader and teacher training on how they can create an inclusive school.
