Our Attitude and Resource Room

As teachers we need to take into account every child in our classroom. We need to be a teacher who would seeks the advice of our colleagues and cooperate with them to enable inclusion rather than working on our own.

One way to assist this to happen is to have a resource room. As said it can create self-esteem in the learners who are likely to experience challenges in education.

Teacher Attitude and Resource Room

Collaboration amongst teachers is one of the most effective ways of promoting inclusion in school. No school can function effectively if there is no cooperation.

The Resource room initiative is a great addition to ensure inclusivity in schools.

Teacher Attitude and Resource Room

I agree with you Stephanie, collaboration amongst teachers as a means of promoting inclusion in school is very important. When teachers  collaborate; ideas can be shared and ideas can be built upon other ideas. When teachers collaborate their is more initiative and interest by teachers to implement policies that support inclusion.
