Two factors that are particularly effective in contributing to an inclusive ethos and culture are the support system of the school teachers, administrators and parents working together, collaborating ideas and effective strategies that produce a positive relationship among the students and  promotes an inclusive environment to support their needs and abilities. Another would be to provide an environment that is inclusive of effective and positivity with regards to culture equality, comfort and safety where all students can socialize, learn, communicate, participate and enjoy all areas in learning.
