creating an inclusive ethos and culture

Two factors that I think are particularly effective in contributing to an inclusive ethos and culture in an inclusive school is acknowledgement of pupil where by the school adapts the idea of placing in their curriculum and  creating an environment of acknowledging each child the normal and the special all in one. This feature brings about a sense of self worth within the child and school. I m guessing it can also help the children feel apart of the group.

Secondly  teacher training in this field should be am important part of the school's culture since teachers need to be filled with new knowledge in this changing world. Teacher training being an important part of the culture of the school will be beneficial to both themselves and the children as we promote inclusivity.

I agree with the curriculum point because it now makes it mandatory to include not just disabled or special  children but all and as you rightly said, gives them that sense of belonging.
