A school that I know works together with parents and caregivers.  They have workshops and share strategies on a fortnightly timing. These sessions help the participants understanding the functions of an inclusive school setting. It also assists them with ways to make the learner feel accepted at home, in the community, and at school. The sessions will be beneficial to the students because there will be a mutual understanding with all parties when implementing policies.
