At a school that I know they use a checklist to monitor the children progress. This is done everyday.  Each week they will hold staff meetings and share information on the progression of the children. In the meetings teachers will share ideas of new strategies that  teachers can use to enhance the children learning. Teachers are encouraged to analyze the curriculum and modify lessons to meet the needs of each child that will create equal access to learning and the same opportunities to achieve.
