Policies of an Inclusive Ethos

  1. How they will monitor progress, share information and review pupils’ support needs
At our ECCE Centres, we use various forms of assessment as we monitor the development and learning of our children. We use observations and recording narratives, developmental checklist, anecdotal records and of course the children's work as the term goes by to observe and make recording on their progress.

Through these methods of observations, we the staff body can then communicate and share with each other as well as the parents/ care givers in planning various strategies and  pedagogical methods in meeting the needs of each individual learner in our care. It is critical to partner with the parents/ care givers and work together on this venture as parental involvement is a key factor as we strive to enrich the lives of our children.

Providing meaningful and authentic experiences that is developmentally and culturally appropriate for our children based on learners strengths, weakness, capabilities and interest is a essential to their life long development. And only in observations and recordings can we meet this objective.
