Activity 1.4 Developing Positive Attitudes

I had an experience where a child with special needs was being discriminated against and parents thought she was a bad influence on their children. I decided to video taped her doing an activity alongside the other children,she had even excelled in the activity. I showed the video at one of our Parents teachers meeting.  Parents were amazed and felt ashamed of their negative attitude towards the child. I felt this was a great achievement.
