1:6 Professional Development

Professional development  for teachers is advocated by the MOE in my country. The most recent one I attended, "Teaching in Times of Change," highlighted some of the following issues:
decreasing challenging online behavior; managing disruptive behaviors in the online environment; identifying anxiety in children; promoting mental health in education. Virtual school is our reality since 2020 and participating in this workshop has provided relevant tips such as: peer tutoring, rule reminders, visual and auditory cues, pacing of work, improving parent/teacher relationships by shared collaborations, to assist each child to continue their learning experiences.
