The Blended Learning Professional Development training, using technological approaches, online educational resources and opportunities for interaction with the traditional- based classroom based settings, strategies and methods is very helpful to me in teaching and interacting with my diverse needs learners.  The tone has changed to some extent, literacy has improved, since the learners are exposed to effective digital resources, games, quizzes.  The learners are actively involved in the learning process.
