Activity 1.4: Developing positive attitudes

Unhelpful Attitudes Causes a Problem

With respect to my experiences, unhelpful attitudes can lead to animosity within the work environment which can hinder the performance of the school. Some educators have an unhelpful attitude and will do the bare minimum to just get by. For instance, within the early childhood environment if one or two staff members have to do the majority of the workload due to other staff members lack of performance and contributions, it can lead to them feeling stressed or mentally tired. In reality, when educators are stressed it can eventually affect their work ethics and personality, further creating problems that can negatively impact the early childhood environment.
