1.5 Ethos and Culture

 Positive ethos and culture is essential in creating a harmonious school setting where relationships are great, there are positive signs in relation to behaviours (both staff and learners) in the classroom, playfield and even in the wider community.  
-In a school in which I am familiar with, achievements, heroic deeds and contributions are valued and celebrated and highlighted across the class levels in - assemblies, graduations, functions and even the wider community.  Learners receive certificate, book awards, trophies and even assistance to further their development.  Parents are also celebrated through planned programmes involving students and members of Staff.

-Inclusion of Past Pupils and other stakeholders
