Creating an inclusive ethos

Parallel to the University, I have been teaching in a private school here in and some of the attitudes are disciplines, respect and hard work, graduation, love and result-orientedness.  Further, parents come to the school to meet with the teachers every en-term to discuss: learners' attitudes in class, their progress and what is to be done to enhance their level.
