Policy for an inclusive ethos

I would suggest a range of extra curricular activity be available for all students to choose from to participate in. Students can choose activities they enjoy or are suited to them, through these activities the students with disabilities can form and develop friendships and bonds with all peers. These relationships can carry over into the classroom where they can provide assistance to each other.  Children with disabilities should be encouraged to participate in these activities where they can meet children with and without disablities. Through these social activities friendships with non-disabled peers can be established outside of the school or classroom. This will help improve understanding and support among all students to enhance the learnign experience of all students.
