Point #2: The support that teachers will provide in the classroom

I know of a school where the teachers use the policy of team teaching. The teachers that are great in particular subject areas switch classes during the day and go to different classes to teach the students. The use of differentiated instruction is used, especially with students with reading challenges. Hands-on activities are implemented in every class and peer tutoring is encouraged as well. Students are grouped and work at different pace during the session.
