unwilling teachers

Students are encouraged to join the athletic teams. These ones however are normally the academically weaker students; this is a problem....or it depends on how you look at it. Some of the teachers are not willing to help these students. They would rather complain and not be lenient or helpful to the students. This is a serious challenge to creating an inclusive mindset.
