Activity 1.5: Creating an inclusive ethos and culture

Pick out two factors that you think are particularly effective in contributing to an inclusive ethos and culture and describe them on the Week 1 forum.

I have no idea what an 'ethos' is. I have google it and that didn't help.

I don't think it is the role of a school to teach 'culture.' No exam is based on culture. If I brainstorm school and culture, the European finishing schools come to mind, our schools here in Trinidad and Tobago, even our universities, have no such function.
