Monitoring Inclusive Schools

One inclusive feature of the school where I am posted is "Pair Teaching". This has worked well with increasing the attendance of students, as they are allowed for particular sessions to engage with other experts, by the way of questioning or having knowledge imparted to them by a Teacher to who they are not familiar. This breaks the monotony of hearing and engaging with one educator constantly and it introduces them to other teaching styles, which may be different and more fun.

This is a good feature and I have seen it worked well as being and effective teaching and learning technique for the classroom.
