Developing as a professional

I think the most impactful training are those that are designed to develop a specific skill at a time. It allows for one to observe, practice, and build on that particular skill in that given time. This is most effective and hands-on. It is a more practical approach which I believe will lead to more skill acquisition and implementation of the skill.
