Professional Development

 At my place of work, we usually have periodic training sessions, to improve knowledge and skill set in client interventions. i proves to be quite needed as it keeps workers up to date on using learned skills and strategies. However I think more needs to be done in terms of follow up, implementation, feedback and support. This would help in inclusion education over time.
