Introduction

Hello,

My name is Melissa Guevarra. I function as an ECCE Educator, employed by the Ministry of Education in Trinidad and Tobago. I have a passion for working with young children. Moreover, I believe that quality care and learning opportunities are imperative for children to achieve their maximum potential in learning and development. Acknowledging that both the learning environment and pedagogical practices/strategies are key factors in providing the best learning opportunities, I hope to gain insight on new effective strategies which I can implement to meet the diverse needs of the children in my care.
