As teachers ,we have to built an effective significant relationship with all students .A teacher is not to use false labelling's on students with disabilities. We are to encourage them ,make them feel welcome in a safe environment provided for them. This will give them more changes to continue in their learning .Dealing with behaviours ,we have to give awards and praise to students wit good behaviours ,so that others with disruptive behaviour can copy and behave well. Our attitude too must be fair ,cause we are role models within the school.
