4.5 _itinerant teachers

Having itinerant teachers can help to take a huge load off the in-house teachers. They can definitely provide specialised and individualised support.

this however can be problem. Not all in-house teachers might be welcoming. They might feel threatened on the job and therefore be hesitant to this additional help.

Good points Victoria I also think because of the work load of the itinerant teacher they may become burnt out.

Point well taken. However an itinerant teacher plays an integral role in caring for the disabled children, so the in - house teacher need to be  considerate of the role the itinerant teacher performs

Itinerant teachers should definitely be part of schools to help with inclusion . They would surly help unqualified teachers and would add to others.

I agree that at the begging teachers may not be welcoming but they should eventually be open to inclusion.
