end of course assessment

My first take away is "school ethos". I now clearly understand what this word means. It's not just saying, but it's the doing and daily routines we take on campus; how we interact with each other. I plan to reach out to my less communicative colleagues to develop a better working relationship. This I'm sure will help us to better collaborate and get the job done. 


My second take away is the itinerant teachers. I applaud those who genuinely want to give back to the school and to help students. This is definitely a discussion I will bring to the table.
