1.5 Inclusive ethos and culture

I remember visiting a school and on entering you can feel the warmth and genuine caring the teachers feel for their charges. They have an open door policy whereby parents can come in on given days and times to speak with their child's teacher. I found this was a positive gesture in contributing to the inclusive ethos and culture of the school.
