Challenging attitudes

Recently, I read a Special Needs young lady entered a beauty pageant and aspires to be a professional model. Society's attitude needs to change to include all person's in all activities.

Change, though constant , is slow.

Laws may change but attitudes are harder to change.

Our own biases in school's need to be confronted and then that of our colleagues/
