2) Soft skill is the way you introduce yourself to children the way you talk speak or treat children with or without special needs. Children should be treated equally.

3) In my school there are learning centre for all different learning types to met children need holistically.  

4)In my school teacher have a one on one communication with parents so if parents are in need of any kind of resources they will say and teacher try their best to assistant or get assistant for children education.
