Developing as a learning organisation.

Personally, I have found that short training sessions are more effective as it zones in on specific set of skills or strategies to be implemented in the classroom. I do believe however that there is a great need for follow up sessions to the trainings. The real classroom is very dynamic, as such support and clarity is needed. In some instances, where there is little or no support, teachers may fall back into their 'old' way of doing things. This may be more harmful rather than helpful.
