Activity 3.7: Resources for School-based CPD

One aspect of the material I liked is the questioning skills that contributes to inclusive teaching skills and strategies in the classroom environment. However being able to apply some of the teaching methods may be a bit challenging at times.

The other feature I liked is the existence of structures and national roles in Zambia, which are reinforced by provision of resources. If this was replicated in Kenya, it would go a long way to benefit the community in terms of value addition to SBTD. Ensuring consistency and follow-up across the country  would be a challenge.
