Act. 2.4 Individual Plan

I just want to share the advantages i have noted in the Individual Plan activity.

The advantages of the 'individual plan' are many. First,this could help bridge the concerted efforts among teachers on how to effectively assist a learner with disability. I also have noted that children peers could also take a role in assisting their disabled friend. The initial assessment could also act as a source of giving feedback to the parents of disabled learner as to how they could assist in matters related to the child's achievement at school.
