Creating an Inclusive Ethos

Two factors I think are particularly effective in contributing to an inclusive ethos and culture are having students recognized for their efforts and achievemnets, highlighting good deeds, good news, including cultural and religu=ious as[ects as well.

I totally agree with this statement. In order for a school to be successful, a positive school ethos and culture is essential. The school must promote good relationship and positive behaviour  in the classroom, with parents and also the community. Students must be recognized  for their efforts as well as the parents who support their children and the school. The community plays an important role because the school makes up part of the community and once there is a positive ethos within the school it reflects positively in the community.

As we live in a multi cultural society this is a major factor as children learn about different religions and cultures and accept their peers for who they are.
