Professional Development-learning organisation

I would have completed a number of courses when I was doing teacher training to complete my degree and the ministry has laid out some professional development courses that I may have completed from time to time.

That has also been my experience regarding professional development. At the Certificate level I completed a year full time teaching practice to gain hands on professional experience. University studies included working in a recognized educational facility to merge theory with practice. As an Administrator/teacher, I have had to attend scheduled professional  statutory training for administrators and train the teacher workshops. I also enroll in personal training courses for self-enhancement and further school community support.
