As teachers sometimes we are placed in a school environment where the culture and attitude of those around us are completely different to what we know and are accustomed to. It is our responsibility to not see ours as the right one but to accept and find a way to work along with those around us whether it be the other members of staff, the parents, the children. As we learn to do this the barriers or walls will be broken down.
