Creating an Inclusive Ethos

Two factors that are effective in contributing to an Inclusive ethos and culture are workshops for parents . Resource personnel are invited to speak to the parents on various topics for example children's behaviours .

Community helpers, members of the community are invited to visit the school to enlighten the students about their jobs and what it entails for example career day.
