Creating an inclusive ethos

The first factor is, the teachers attitudes and disposition can contribute to an effective inclusive ethos and culture. Teachers should be courteous, welcoming and always ready to listen to parents and children. Teachers should build strong confidential bonds with parents to better understand children.

The second factor is, having the necessary accommodations  to assist children who are differently able, such as the wheel chair ramps, hand rails, handicap washrooms and support room. Having these accommodation can make transition smoother within the daily schedule.
